• Build partnerships with schools, organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders to expand awareness of pharmacy education and career pathways.
• Turn connections into opportunities by identifying creative ways to reach and engage potential students.
• Track recruitment efforts and outcomes using data and student feedback to measure success and improve strategies.
• Represent the College of Pharmacy with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to helping students discover their potential.
• Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy programs; participate in open houses, regional events, orientation, and career days.
