Job summary

Integrated Power USA, part of TotalEnergies' integrated power platform, is expanding its team in North America to develop, operate, and scale a diverse portfolio of renewable assets. The Development Product Owner will translate business needs into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate across CRM, GIS, analytics, and IT teams to optimize digital capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and user stories.
Lead discovery, design, testing, and implementation for digital products.
Interface effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Guide governance, data flows, and system integrations with a product lens.
Experience in GIS, data analytics, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, priorities, backlogs, roadmaps, and releases.
Partner with IT, Data Governance, cybersecurity, vendors, and consultants.
Coordinate discovery, design reviews, UAT, release readiness, and adoption.
Ensure governance, data quality, and lifecycle management for platforms.
Drive workflow automation and continuous improvement across Development.
