Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Digital Operations Product Owner to lead agile product development within the IT/OT landscape in the United States. You will work with software developers, SCRUM masters, and tech leads to enhance existing digital tools and create new products supporting Operations & Asset Management.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with SCRUM and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, IT, or Business.
Minimum 3 years related experience in a product owner or similar role.
Experience with SCRUM methodology and agile product development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

Write, prioritize, clarify, review, and close user stories within a SCRUM team.
Gather user feedback from Field Operations, Control Center, and Engineering to shape new features.
Collaborate with IT/OT and Engineering to understand systems and develop solutions.
Create documentation, training material, and release communications to drive adoption.
Define access permissions and manage day-to-day user approvals.
