• Minimum of three years in development, nonprofit management, administrative support, or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel; Slack; Zoom.
• Experience with data entry and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Maintains confidentiality of donor information.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead on financial tracking and reporting for Development department.
• Manage donor acknowledgements and gift processing for campaigns.
• Track pledges, finances, and membership renewals.
• Manage data across CRM systems (e.g., Paciolan, Salesforce, VIP).
• Support Texas Inner Circle membership campaigns and communications.
• Provide project administration for department initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality donor service across channels.
