Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree.
  • At least three years of work experience in development, nonprofit management, administrative assistance, special events, or a related field.
  • Stellar writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel; Slack; Zoom.
  • Experience with data entry and database management.
  • Proven ability to maintain relationships and deliver valued services to multiple stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with donor and organizational information.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on financial tracking and reporting for the Development department.
  • Manage data across CRM platforms (Paciolan, Salesforce, VIP) and ensure clean donor data.
  • Support Texas Inner Circle membership processing and communications.
  • Provide project administration and coordination for department initiatives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and confidentiality while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
