Job summary

Spearmint Energy seeks a Manager, Development Operations in Minneapolis, MN to orchestrate the interface between development and Project Finance, bringing order to complex, multi‑stakeholder processes.

You will own virtual data rooms, IE reports, and construction loan processes, while coordinating regulatory filings and maintaining project data systems across IPP activities from development to interconnection.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of renewable energy development/IPP experience.
• Experience with data rooms, diligence, IE reports, or loan administration.
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO frameworks and interconnection processes.
• Strong organizational skills, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with lenders and regulators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage virtual data rooms for active project financing transactions through close.
• Coordinate IE report process across development, engineering, procurement, EPC, and legal teams to produce financeable IE report.
• Oversee monthly construction loan requisition processes and draw submissions.
• Serve as primary IPP contact for financing diligence and closing with lenders and counsel.
• Maintain project data systems and generate portfolio-wide reporting across workstreams.
