Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with energy & infrastructure focus.
• Proven success leading complex client portfolios and executive relationships.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, manage margins, and own P&L outcomes.
• Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and influence.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent & Build High-Performing Teams: recruit, develop, and retain top consulting talent across levels; coach and mentor leaders; drive succession planning and bench strength.
• Ensure Delivery Excellence & Client Success: provide executive oversight on complex engagements; diagnose delivery risk; manage utilization and KPIs.
• Lead Market Growth: build relationships with utility executives; originate and protect key accounts; sponsor multi-year programs.
• Run Your Portfolio Like a Business: lead annual market planning; own P&L; conduct weekly/quarterly reviews; ensure disciplined execution.
• Live HHC - At Scale: lead with humility and conviction; have hard conversations; inspire clarity and decisiveness; own outcomes.
• Lead Your Own Development: complete leadership 360s; align with firm strategy; build external network; pursue speaking/board opportunities.
