Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with databases; Blackbaud Altru experience helpful.
• Desire to learn museum processes and provide feedback to improve workflows.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and run regular Batch process meetings, ensuring gifts are entered and reconciled with Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance to refine reporting on fundraising goals and revenue streams.
• Maintain donor data in Blackbaud Altru, keeping records current and well categorized.
• Generate donor reports and analyze fundraising trends to inform strategy.
• Support development by designing data-entry and retrieval workflows.
