Job summary

Opera Theatre of Saint Louis seeks a Manager of Development Operations to lead data integrity, gift processing, acknowledgements, and reporting for the Development Department. The role ensures donors receive timely, accurate documentation and fiduciary-ready information for annual reporting.

You will collaborate with Finance and Donor Engagement to streamline processes, improve data cleanliness, manage dashboards, and support ad hoc requests in a hybrid work environment with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong, technical database management skills; familiarity with Tessitura a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts accurately and timely, including recurring gifts and pledges.
• Prepare donor acknowledgement letters and tax statements as needed.
• Generate and reconcile reports for Development and Finance teams.
