Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a seasoned Development Operations Manager for the Doylestown Health Foundation. You will oversee Raiser's Edge donor data, implement best practices for gift processing, and drive data-driven fundraising reporting to optimize performance.

As primary liaison with Accounting/Finance, you will manage financial reporting, exports, and fund reconciliation across 50+ donor funds, while supporting the Advancement team with queries, exports, lists, and event reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science is required.
• Minimum of 5 years development operations experience required.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raiser's Edge donor database and data integrity.
• Manage gift processing and donor fund reconciliation.
• Lead data-driven fundraising strategies and reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance on financial reporting and exports.
• Support Advancement with data queries, mail lists, exports and event reconciliation.
