Job summary

Penn Medicine seeks a Director/Manager of Development Operations for the Doylestown Health Foundation to lead data-driven fundraising strategies and oversee gift processing, donor records, and reports.

You will manage Raiser's Edge and related processes, coordinate with Accounting/Finance, and ensure accurate financial reporting and fund balances across 50+ donor funds while supporting the Advancement team on special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences required.
• Minimum of 5 years development operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raiser's Edge donor database, coding, security rights and staff training.
• Lead gift processing and reporting for $12–$25M yearly contributions.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance on financial reporting and fund management.
• Manage 50+ donor funds and endowment portfolios, deposits and disbursements.
• Support Advancement team with queries, exports, mail lists and events.
