Job summary

Anthos|Home in New York seeks a Development Associate to support the full arc of philanthropic revenue—from prospecting and proposals to donor stewardship and data integrity—working closely with the VP of Development.

You will maintain donor records in Salesforce, draft grant materials, coordinate with program teams, and help craft compelling funder-facing narratives while balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including translating complex program information into funder-facing narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, building relationships across teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and gift records in Salesforce and related platforms.
• Draft donor background research, proposals, and grant narratives for institutional funders.
• Support donor meetings with background materials, agendas, and follow-up correspondence.
• Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and moves management for a portfolio of donors.
