Job summary

The Development Officer - Operations at Augusta Health Foundation will oversee back-office functions including daily operations, financial recording, fund management, and budgeting. This role requires strong systems experience and donor data handling.

You will collaborate with staff, physicians and donors to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and compliant gift processing, while supporting prospect research and data analysis in a mission-driven nonprofit environment in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of managing development systems (Raiser’s Edge or comparable system).
• Experience with office and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and back-office functions.
• Manage financial recording, reporting, and fund management.
• Lead budget planning, tracking, and gift processing.
• Coordinate administrative services and data systems.
• Perform data generation, analysis, and prospect research.
