Job summary

National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) is seeking a Senior Development Coordinator to support VP and DVP, manage donor activity, and coordinate fundraising initiatives. This remote, 32-hour-per-week role anchors the Development team as it advances plans, events, and reporting while ensuring timely execution and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in project coordination, operations, development administration, executive support, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing highly confidential information.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms, including Asana or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to VP and DVP.
• Track donor activity and upload into fundraising CRM.
• Assist in preparing donor materials and strategy documents.
• Support event management and logistics for donor events.
• Maintain DOP planning processes and quarterly priority setting.
• Keep Asana and other systems current for visibility into deadlines and priorities.
