Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum three years of nonprofit development operations, event management, or related leadership.
• Experience managing fundraising events, volunteer coordination, and project logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with donor management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Development Department to support fundraising activities.
• Oversees donor database/CRM, gift processing, acknowledgments, and reporting.
• Plans and executes fundraising events (Golf Classic, Gala, 5K) with on-site logistics.
• Develops fundraising reports, dashboards, and donor analytics for leadership.
• Coordinates donor stewardship and communications, including impact reporting.
• Assists with prospect research and portfolio management for fundraising staff.
• Maintains calendars, timelines, and workflows for timely initiatives.
• Conducts post-event evaluations and prepares performance reports.
