Job summary

Elizabeth's New Life Center is seeking a dedicated Development Officer to join our Sidney, OH team. The role focuses on cultivating donor relationships, securing funding, and expanding programs, with a mission-driven approach to supporting families and unborn children.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence for set hours and some remote work, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, event coordination, and program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar focus.
• 1-3 years of fund development or sales experience
• Well established in local community relations
• Existing knowledge of fund development practices
• Driving to and from various locations is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance and be insurable under ENLC policy

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate and participate in fundraising events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to support organizational initiatives and outreach efforts.
