Job summary

BGCNEO is seeking a Development Officer to join our Advancement Team, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual donors to support fundraising goals.

This full-time position allows for remote work within the Northeast Ohio region. The salary range is $85k-$100k annually, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Essential responsibilities include managing donor relationships, tracking interactions, and collaborating across departments to ensure effective donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising, donor relations, sales, or relationship management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing donor or client relationships and meeting revenue goals.
• Experience managing a portfolio of donors, prospects, clients, or accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 150 donors with an annual giving range of $5,000 to $25,000.
• Develop strategies to retain, renew, and upgrade assigned donors.
• Track donor interactions within the donor database/CRM system.
