Job summary

Rockport Center for the Arts is seeking a Development & Executive Associate who is highly organized and enjoys working with people to support membership, fundraising and executive functions.

The role coordinates RCA’s membership program, donor stewardship, sponsorships and events, while providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director. It is a full-time, on-site position based in downtown Rockport, TX.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Experience with donor, membership, CRM or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own RCA membership program including recruitment, renewals, communications, engagement and stewardship.
• Coordinate donor cultivation, stewardship, annual giving, sponsorships and grants.
• Coordinate RCA's monthly exhibition openings and member gatherings with staff.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
