MID-COAST RECREATION CENTER is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Associate in Rockport, ME for a part-time role. You will work with the Director of Marketing & Development to cultivate business sponsors and drive sponsorship income. This position is 10 hours per week with potential growth.

You will develop sales approaches, prospect leads, create pitch materials, and negotiate deals. The role emphasizes relationship-building to secure renewals and long-term sponsorship success.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience is a plus, training provided.
• Ability to identify decision makers and approach them.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a sales approach and strategy with the Marketing & Development Director.
• Prospect leads, generate opportunities, and create sponsorship pitches.
• Prepare pitch materials and tailor sponsorship packages for larger prospects.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship deals; manage sponsor relationships for renewals.
