Role Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision, making technical decisions related to fixturing, tooling, setup, inspection, processing, fabrication, and sequencing at the machine level.
• Interpret complex drawings, sketches, EPs, and operation sheets.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual equipment, including creating CAD models and 3D CNC tool paths for complex development parts.
• Develop, build, rework, and repair tooling, fixturing, hardware, and assemblies for prototype, R&D, and production purposes.
• Participate actively in process improvements and lead departmental project teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; demonstrated ability to understand and apply instructions and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• At least 7 years of relevant diversified machining experience.

Salary Range

Buffalo, NY: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
