Lincoln Property Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Development Associate/Manager to lead large-scale mixed-use developments from due diligence through construction. The role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in real estate development or project management at an institutional firm, with experience in entitlement, pro forma review, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in real estate development or project management at an institutional firm.
• Experience with large complex mixed-use development projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and consultants independently.
• Familiarity with development underwriting and pro forma review.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development management from due diligence through construction.
• Coordinate third-party consultants (architects, engineers, design professionals).
• Oversee entitlement, design development, and project budgeting.
• Review underwriting assumptions with internal acquisitions team and provide execution input.
