Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial development, municipal approvals, entitlements, design management, permitting, engineering, design or construction.
• Computer proficiency: Bluebeam, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer, and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants and contractors to meet regional business objectives.
• Develop, tender and manage projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000 in development cost.
• Coordinate development processes from land acquisitions to AHJ approvals, budgeting and scheduling.
• Establish site plans, floor plans, budgets and schedules for build-to-suit or leasing RFPs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on-time, on-budget projects and communicating progress to stakeholders.
