Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director of Development Services to lead site feasibility, due diligence, and entitlement efforts for industrial and data center projects across the Central region and beyond. The role involves coordinating internal teams, municipalities, and consultants to assess risks and navigate approvals.

Responsibilities include leading CAD-based site planning, evaluating acquisition conditions, and ensuring alignment with regional and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, development services, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting industrial development and due diligence.
• Experience with site planning, permitting, and development documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility and layout activities including CAD-based planning and zoning considerations.
• Coordinate acquisition due diligence, assess development risks and approvals.
• Lead entitlement activities for land acquisitions and build-to-suit projects.
• Integrate customer requirements and regional considerations into design of logistics and data center projects.
• Support customer RFP responses with entitlement and project content.
