Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on Construction Lead to drive due diligence, site evaluation, and approvals for hyperscale data center buildouts. You will steer environmental and civil assessments, coordinate with engineers, and own budgets, milestones, and site access across multiple sites.

You’ll decide on deal kill criteria, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, on-budget completion while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.

Qualifications

• You have led technical due diligence on land and can walk a site from identification to break ground.
• You can read and challenge environmental and civil studies and traffic assessments.
• You decide what constitutes acceptable risk and when a site is ready to transact.
• You can negotiate and organize contracts end-to-end and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run technical due diligence on sites from handoff to ground break.
• Make go/no-go decisions on dirt suitability, timing, and budget.
• Negotiate and organize contracts, reducing leadership workload.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and GC; own budgets and schedules.
