Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Program Controls Lead to manage the master schedule, cost controls, and risk across a portfolio of gigawatt-scale data center builds. You will own the reporting rhythm used by delivery leads and executives to make informed choices.

You will stand up tooling and standards so new sites plug into a single, scalable model from day one, while coordinating across construction, procurement and design to keep interdependencies visible and handoffs clean.

Qualifications

• You've owned program controls, schedule, cost, and risk across a portfolio of large capital projects.
• You've built a reporting cadence executives trust for decision-making.
• You detect schedule slips and overruns early with live schedule and risk registers.
• You've established program controls standards or tooling used by multiple teams.
• You coordinate across construction, procurement and design to manage interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Run the master schedule and cost controls across a portfolio of concurrent gigawatt-scale data center builds, keeping every site's plan tied to the forward pipeline.
• Build the reporting rhythm that gives delivery leads and executives a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk across all active programs.
• Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation, surfacing schedule and cost exposure weeks before it lands on the critical path.
• Stand up the program controls tooling and standards that let a new site plug into the same schedule, cost, and reporting model on day one.
• Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to keep interdependencies visible and handoffs clean.
