Job summary

Achieve, Inc. in Miami, FL, seeks a Development Manager to lead fundraising for our growing nonprofit programs. You will steward corporate partners and individual donors, build new funding relationships, and plan events to drive revenue for Achieve Elementary, Achieve Academy, TAP, and Give Miami Day.

The role is full-time, exempt, with a hybrid work model. Salary is $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits: cell phone stipend, parking, health/vision/dental, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit.
• Experience stewarding corporate funding partners and donors.
• Ability to plan and execute fundraising events and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Steward existing corporate funding partners and manage reporting and renewals.
• Identify new corporate prospects and strategize FY27 plans.
• Develop corporation-focused giving menus to drive revenue and engagement.
• Coordinate donor events and employee engagement opportunities.
• Lead events strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up.
