United Way for Greater Austin is seeking a Senior Director of Individual and Organizational Giving in Austin, TX. This role leads cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual, corporate, and workplace gifts across the Central Texas region, supervising four FTEs and guiding donor engagement.

You will drive revenue growth, develop events, partner with Marketing, and report to the Chief Development and Marketing Officer. The position offers a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in nonprofit fundraising and development.
• 2+ years in major gift fundraising.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of fundraising teams and volunteers.

• Direct philanthropy and community engagement portfolios.
• Plan and execute donor engagement events.
• Develop tools for donor engagement with Marketing team.
