St. Philip is seeking a Manager of Annual Giving and Stewardship to lead the donor pipeline below major gifts and to craft a comprehensive stewardship program that keeps every donor connected to its mission in Dallas.

The role requires strong writing, organizational skills, and CRM/database fluency to grow a diverse donor base across foundations, individuals, corporations, and faith partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations preferred.
• 2–3 years annual fund, donor stewardship, or donor relations experience.
• Exceptional writer with ability to craft personal appeals.
• Experience with diverse donor base beyond parent communities.
• CRM and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual giving pipeline for donors below major gifts.
• Write mission-driven annual appeals for donors.
• Acknowledge gifts within 24–48 hours with personalized outreach.
• Manage renewal calendar to re-solicit donors timely.
• Foster faith community donor relationships at the annual fund level.
• Support foundations and grants coordination for recurring small grants.
• Drive donor acquisition and first-year retention through events and contacts.
• Design and manage a comprehensive donor stewardship plan.
• Build a donor recognition program with impact reporting.
• Lead lapsed- and at-risk-donor win-back efforts.
• Collaborate with Major Gifts to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Track and report annual fund performance weekly.
