Job summary

UC Law San Francisco invites a Development Manager to lead CGRS fundraising efforts across foundations, law firms, individuals, and corporate donors. You will expand and diversify our funding base and strengthen relationships with supporters.

Reporting to the CGRS Director, the role emphasizes strategic fundraising, grant writing, donor stewardship, and coordinating with program staff to communicate CGRS impact and outcomes to funders. Hybrid work with 3 days in SF office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in women’s rights, immigrant rights, human rights, or legal services with fundraising experience.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CGRS’s annual and long-term fundraising plans.
• Lead drafting of grant proposals and donor communications.
• Manage foundations, corporate, and individual giving programs.
• Collaborate with program staff to document impact for funders.
• Oversee grants calendar, budgets, and reporting for funders.
• Coordinate with advisory board and donor relations activities.
