North Carolina A&T State University seeks an Associate Vice Chancellor for Development, a fundraising leader reporting to the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement. This role oversees annual, planned, corporate and foundation fundraising programs and partners across schools, colleges and athletics to build a comprehensive strategy and campaign success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a mature development program.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams and lead university-wide campaigns.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with academic leaders, donors, volunteers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee central fundraising programs including annual giving, planned giving, and major gifts.
• Collaborate with the Vice Chancellor to grow comprehensive fundraising operations and campaigns.
• Lead development efforts across schools, colleges and athletics with strategic planning and stewardship.
