NC A&T State University is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Development to lead its fundraising efforts. The role focuses on overseeing annual giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and major gifts, with responsibility for shaping a strategic, university-wide fundraising campaign.

Collaboration with senior leaders, donors, and volunteers is essential to drive philanthropic results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience within a mature development program.
• Experience managing and motivating teams in a university-wide campaign.
• Ability to work with academic leaders, donors, volunteers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee central fundraising programs including annual giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and major gifts.
• Lead and launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign in collaboration with Advancement leadership.
• Help NC A&T grow and strengthen its advancement efforts and fundraising operations.
• Travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
