Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years of relevant experience.

• Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project progress; maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
• Partner with gift officers to organize meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics.
• Lead the Dean’s Roadshow Series and coordinate events with internal departments and external vendors.
• Act as liaison for donors, VIPs, and prospects to advance solicitation strategies and follow up.
• Assist donors with appointment scheduling and care-related requests at UM Health System.
• Update constituent information and track gifts in i-BIS; ensure timely acknowledgments.
• Create agendas and briefing materials for donor meetings using internal research resources.
• Maintain the alumni communications calendar and coordinate newsletters with development communications.
