Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Foundation Coordinator to support the Legacy Foundation and Legacy House. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and compassionate interaction with patients, families, donors, staff and community partners.

The Coordinator serves as a liaison between the Foundation, Board of Directors, volunteers and the community, and supports day-to-day operations and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training required.
• Experience in non-profit industry preferred.
• Experience managing Facebook business pages, creating content, and scheduling social media posts preferred.
• Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software preferred.
• Experience with donor databases, email marketing platforms, or content management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of the Legacy Foundation and Legacy House.
• Interact compassionately with patients, families, donors, staff and community partners.
• Liaise between the Foundation, Board of Directors, volunteers and the community.
• Support day-to-day operations and communications for the Foundation.
