Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California (RMHCSC) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor stewardship, gift processing, events, campaigns, and communications for the Westside Los Angeles operation.

You will work closely with the Director of Development and Executive Director to ensure accurate records, timely acknowledgments, and engaging donor communications, while assisting with fundraising and administrative tasks in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in development, fundraising, nonprofit administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support gift processing, acknowledgments, and weekly reports.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain development records and assist with newsletters, website updates, and communications.
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and financial reconciliation.
