Qualifications
- Two years paraprofessional experience in civil engineering, planning or related field preferred or demonstrated ability
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Receive site plans for review and coordinate inter-agency review and zoning/plat regulation application
- Review legal descriptions and documents to determine legal lot status and certify land use applications
- Collect data from field and office, assist public with platting and zoning matters
- Conduct review analyses as requested by planners or supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
