Job summary

New England Foundation for the Arts seeks a Development Officer to support and drive resource development, focusing on data management, processing and reporting on funding, donor stewardship, and special events.

Reporting to the Senior Development Director, the Officer interfaces with staff across the organization, as well as with Board members, donors, and other major organizational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting for fundraising programs.
• Ability to manage donor records and stewardship activities.
• Familiarity with grant reporting and fundraising metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support data management, processing and reporting on funding.
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with staff and Board members on development strategies and reporting.
