Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in administrative support or similar roles.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, boards, donors or in fundraising/stewardship roles.
  • Highly organized with strong discretion handling confidential information.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with meeting minutes and CRM/database familiarity (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and correspondence for meetings.
  • Interact with board members, donors, and partners; manage communications.
  • Plan and document minutes for board and committee meetings.
  • Support governance, donor cultivation, and program-related initiatives.
  • Represent NEFA at events and liaise with staff and external contacts.
