Job summary

The New England Foundation for the Arts seeks a Program Officer, Creative Economy to coordinate operations for the Creative Ground program and related data initiatives. You will support upgrades, testing, site maintenance, data projects, and interdepartmental workflows with a focus on accessibility and data governance.

You will work with stakeholders to improve tools, train partners, and ensure aligned program support across NEFA’s regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent data cleaning and database maintenance capabilities.
• Experience in web-based platform administration; Drupal preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Asana, etc.).
• Willingness to travel around New England.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the upgrade of CreativeGround to Drupal 8 and test features.
• Maintain CreativeGround site; manage user accounts and content updates.
• Support governance and data tooling; liaise with developers and staff.
• Document updates to the data focus and training materials; share learnings.
• Coordinate technical output for workshops and events; monitor progress against metrics.
