Greater Hartford Gives Foundation seeks a Donor Experience Officer to steward funds and manage relationships across multiple fund types, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and Foundation policy.

Reporting to the Director of Donor Experience, the Officer will lead portfolios of principal prospects and donors, develop bespoke engagement plans, and collaborate with Finance, Grants Administration, Community Impact, and Development to ensure smooth fund operations and informed

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of related experience in donor stewardship, fund administration, fundraising, or community foundation work.

• Oversee fund management across all fund types, ensuring alignment with fund purpose, donor intent, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead portfolio management for principal prospects and donors; prepare relationship reviews and engagement recommendations.
• Provide proactive stewardship to deepen donor understanding of fund purpose and impact; support donor engagement events and site visits.
