Job summary

Youth Haven Inc. in Naples, Florida is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the development and administrative offices.

You will handle communications, donor relations, event logistics, and data management to advance fundraising efforts and program support. Responsibilities include managing the general information email, welcoming visitors and donors, coordinating donor records, and supporting annual toy drives and special events with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in fundraising, marketing, or development.
• Familiarity with DonorPerfect or other donor database software a plus.
• Excellent oral and written skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the organization’s general information email and route inquiries to staff.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; greet visitors, donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Maintain organized donor and event records with confidentiality.
• Serve as administrator for the One Cause event platform; manage pages, registrations, reports, and testing.
• Collaborate with development team on planning and executing fundraising and donor events; provide logistics and day‑of support.
