• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a record of cultivating philanthropic support.
• Strong leadership, organizational, relationship-building and public relations skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate opportunities into fundraising strategy and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSG's fundraising strategy and direction.
• Strengthen existing support while developing new revenue sources.
