Job summary

OSG, a disability-forward nonprofit in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, seeks a Director of Development to advance fundraising, donor stewardship, grants, and campaigns. You will collaborate with the Executive Director, staff, and the Board to grow revenue, deepen engagement, and sustain impact for adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of fundraising with donor cultivation success.
2+ years in nonprofit fundraising leadership.
Proven grant writing and donor stewardship experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Cultivate donor relationships across individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Lead grant development, reporting, and funder communications.
Plan and execute campaigns and events to meet $2M budget goal.
Provide data-driven insights and dashboards for leadership.
