Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising experience.
- Demonstrated success in major gifts and donor stewardship.
- Experience with annual giving, foundations, and corporate fundraising.
Responsibilities
- Lead major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, and institutional fundraising.
- Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategy and budget.
- Oversee donor engagement, events, and gala fundraising.
- Partner with Executive Director, Board, and staff to cultivate donors.
- Build systems and pipelines to expand philanthropic support long-term.
