Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis is seeking an Individual Giving Director to lead a strategic donor program and grow philanthropic revenue. You will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of annual and major gifts, while guiding Moves Management with senior leadership and aligning with executive priorities.

You’ll collaborate with the Data Team and use Salesforce to maintain donor data integrity, deliver meaningful stewardship, and provide fundraising insights that enhance engagement

Qualifications

• Experience with cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors across annual and major gifts.
• Ability to lead moves management and donor engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of donor-centered fundraising principles and ethics.
• Proven data stewardship and reporting skills for fundraising performance.
• Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a donor portfolio with cultivation and solicitation emphasis.
• Lead Moves Management in partnership with senior leadership.
• Coordinate donor events, stewardship activities, and communications.
• Collaborate with Data Team to ensure accurate donor records and reporting.
• Represent the Foundation and communicate mission value to donors and partners.
