• Experience building and managing donor portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor engagements.
• Ability to create personalized donor strategies using data and histories.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward leadership donors.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and donor engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Brand, Impact, and Technology BI teams on donor communications.
