Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising leadership and development experience.
• Experience coordinating annual campaigns, major gifts, and grants.
• Strong writing, communication, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to annual campaigns and branch fundraising efforts.
• Supervises Development and Events Manager and sets fundraising goals.
• Leads campaign strategy across multiple YMCA branches countywide.
• Oversees event budgets, sponsorships, ticket sales, and revenue goals.
• Develops donor relationships, cultivation, stewardship, and recognition programs.
• Executes major gifts strategy including identification, cultivation and solicitation.
• Partners with Executive Leadership for sponsorships and community engagement.
• Develops processes for accurate fund reconciliation and reporting.
• Manages department budgets and stewardship plans.
