Qualifications

• Experience across senior living, active adult, healthcare, multifamily or related real estate asset classes preferred.
• Development lifecycle experience across multiple phases.
• Direct experience working with municipalities, zoning boards, and entitlement processes.
• Ability to coordinate civil engineers, architects, and external consultants.
• Experience participating in and supporting deal closings.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented work style.
• Organized, process-driven, proactive problem solver.
• Ability to operate behind the scenes while contributing in meetings.
• Self-motivated with a focus on execution rather than front-end deal sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through zoning, entitlement, and municipal approval processes.
• Navigate variances, code requirements, and regulatory hurdles to ensure timely progression.
• Coordinate and manage third-party partners including civil engineers, architects, consultants, and legal teams.
• Oversee project schedules, documentation, and key development milestones.
• Participate in deal structuring and support closing activities.
• Assist with underwriting, feasibility analysis, and due diligence efforts as needed.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues that may impact approvals, budgets, or timelines.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
• Represent the organization in municipal and stakeholder meetings when appropriate.
