Job summary

Anchor Health Properties seeks a Development Director to lead day-to-day development of new medical facility real estate projects. You will assemble project teams, conduct feasibility studies, and oversee budgets and schedules from feasibility to occupancy, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal standards.

This role supports multiple sites, requires coordinating with architects, legal, and lenders, and may involve travel to project sites (approx. 25–30%).

• Experience leading real estate development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, financial modeling, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites (25–30%) and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage complete project development teams and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and financial analysis.
• Manage project budgets and timelines; report status to clients and teams.
• Coordinate design and development to enable post-move-in management.
• Support secured financing and coordinate with legal, investments, and operations.
