Moody Nolan is seeking an experienced Architect to lead healthcare projects through all design and construction phases in Columbus. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, staff, and client coordination to deliver high-quality documentation and construction support.

The role requires a licensed architect with 10+ years in healthcare settings, strong CAD/BIM skills (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple healthcare projects and knowledge of codes and healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and delivery of healthcare projects through all phases.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and client coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact and facilitate communication throughout the project.
• Oversee consultant coordination, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide meetings, track actions, and resolve scope, schedule, and budget issues.
• Support permitting, bidding, construction administration, and closeout activities.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, and collections with leadership.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
