Responsibilities

  • Navigate variances, code requirements, and regulatory hurdles to ensure timely progression.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party partners including civil engineers, architects, consultants, and legal teams.
  • Oversee project schedules, documentation, and key development milestones.
  • Participate in deal structuring and support closing activities.
  • Assist with underwriting, feasibility analysis, and due diligence efforts as needed.
  • Identify and proactively resolve issues that may impact approvals, budgets, or timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Represent the organization in municipal and stakeholder meetings when appropriate.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented development professional who thrives in navigating entitlement processes, coordinating consultants, and driving projects from concept through closing. The organization is seeking a technical development operator who can bring structure, precision, and execution strength to the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through zoning, entitlement, and municipal approval processes
